Our Recruitment Process
Melbourne Juniors aims to maintain a high quality recruitment process for all our prospective educators. We aim to adopt a fair approach to the recruitment of all educators. We welcome applications from any individuals that possess the required qualifications and have a passion for early childhood education.
We are continually reflecting on our recruitment practices to ensure that the right educators are employed to educate and care for our children. We will continue to review, update and modify these practices, where necessary, to ensure the highest quality of candidates are sought.

A minimum requirement of Certificate 3 in Childrens Services is required for any position. All Lead Educators at Melbourne Juniors must be Diploma qualified and our kindergarten program requires a bachelor-trained applicant.
A current Level 2 first aid certificate, including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis is a requirement as well as a valid working with children’s check.
All candidates considered suitable for an interview will be notified via email of a proposed time and date for the interview process to take place. Suitable candidates will be notified of their success or otherwise with regards to their application.
